Mr. Ursino is a seasoned industry veteran with direct experience in virtually all aspects of real estate investment and finance throughout the U.S. More than 19 years of creative, wide-ranging, successful transactional execution has solidified Brian's reputation as a premier source of commercial real estate finance solutions.
Brian founded URS Capital in 2012, a boutique, white-glove commercial real estate mortgage brokerage and consulting firm focused on larger sub-institutional real estate sponsors. To date, Brian has closed nearly $1 billion in loans and earned industry recognition for his ability to source, structure and execute complex deals effectively and efficiently.
Prior to forming URS Capital, Brian spent 10 years at Marcus & Millichap’s mortgage brokerage division, Marcus & Millichap Capital Corp. He began his career in M&M’s Corporate Headquarters in Encino, CA before being promoted to head the Downtown LA debt team, and was eventually tapped to lead the expansion of M&M’s presence in both Manhattan and Brooklyn offices.
Brian graduated from University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business with an emphasis in Finance. He lives on Long Island with his wife and two daughters.
Jonathan Dembling – Managing Principal

Mr. Dembling oversees the origination and structuring of Gatehouse's investment activities, in addition to investor relations and portfolio management. Prior to founding Gatehouse, Jon was President, COO and General Counsel at a vertically-integrated family office with more than 30 real estate assets under management, where he served on the firm's Investment and Executive Committees.
Previously, Jon practiced law at Fried Frank and other leading commercial real estate departments, where he developed expertise structuring, negotiating and executing many of the nation's most significant real estate financings and workouts, earning him recognition as a Super Lawyers® Rising Star.
Jon received his BA and JD from Washington University in St. Louis and completed classes at NYU's Schack Institute with a focus in Real Estate Finance. Jon serves as Chairman of Washington University's NYC Real Estate Network, actively supports the UJA Federation, and is a founder of The Linus Foundation, a 501(c)(3) dedicated to supporting children in need.
He lives on the Upper West Side with his wife and two daughters.
